Meet The Coaches

HEATHER DODARO

I am part owner of ReVamp Nutrition and currently working with House of Valor as the iRiSE 5 am coach. I’ve been involved in the Health and Wellness industry for over 15 years and worked in a variety of different environments training men, women and kids. I’m a certified NASM Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutritionist specialist, Sports coach, Balance training, Cardio for fitness, Cardio for performance, Flexibility training, Neuromuscular Stretching, Reactive training, Weight loss specialist, Women fitness specialist and Group Fitness Instructor.
I have a passion for promoting wellness through exercise, movement and nutrition plans. I believe in encouraging physical, mental, and emotional health through participation in lifestyle change and exercise in ways that meaningful to each individual.
I strive to make every class challenging and fitness FUN for all! I enjoy watching people change their lifestyle and become the best versions of themselves, “Exercise and Nutrition is Medicine!”

TIANA GRIFFIN

EDUCATION BACKGROUND: MBA concentrating in Marketing from Lewis University and Bachelor in Community Health from University of Illinois.
Ever since I was a child, I have always had a passion for helping others and I knew my career would include directly working with others in order to impact their lives in a major way. I have now been helping others by providing resources, employment opportunity and education to get them to where they need to be in life since 2006. Fitness and good nutrition has been an integral part of my life since 2016 where I have been the fittest I’ve ever been and the happiest and healthiest version of myself. That passion that I have to work with others led me to want to be a motivation for others and help them form a lifelong habit. I love to help others reach their full potential, being that voice that says “I can do one more”. I believe that a proper diet followed by building a strong foundation of proper technique, followed by consistency and progression, will allow you to achieve any fitness goal you set your mind to. I’m thrilled to be a member of the Valor Squad team and I’m looking forward to helping you on your wellness journey.
